Title: Broccoli & Bacon Quiche

4slBacon
1/8tsLemon pepper
4 Eggs
1cHalf and half
1cSwiss cheese; grated
2cBroccoli flowerettes
1/4tsSalt
1/8tsGarlic powder

Recipe by: Joel Ehrlich Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the bacon until crisp. Set aside. Beat the eggs. Add the cream and cheese. Stir in the broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumble the bacon and stir half of it into the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture into a well buttered pie plate (9"). Bake until a knife inserted half way between the edge and the center comes out clean (30 to 35 minutes). Top with the remaining bacon. Allow to cool for several minutes before cutting and serving.
